The Doctors Company Convenes Legal Summit to Provide Industry’s Best Claims Defense for 4,300 Florida and Georgia Physicians
Napa, California—October 28, 2009—The Doctors Company, the largest national insurer of physician and surgeon medical liability, affirmed its commitment to providing the industry’s most aggressive physician defense by convening its second annual Southeast Legal Summit on October 23 and 24.

At the Legal Summit, top Florida and Georgia legal teams met with national experts to review and discuss important local and national level trends in patient safety, Medicare, trial conduct, and appellate court decisions.
