Purpose:

The physician’s office staff is the first line of defense against a medical malpractice lawsuit. By focusing on processes and systems, improvements can be made at the critical points of interaction between the office staff and the patient. Such critical points include communication both within and out of the office, results and report follow-up, tracking and reminders for appointments, telephone triage, medication management, medical record management, and delineating staff scope of practice. This Webinar will provide practical tips for these critical office practice functions.
