The Q&A interview with BusinessWeek's Lorraine Woellert was noted in the March 14th issue of BusinessWeek and was published in-full on the major news outlet's web site. The article addressed difficult questions pertaining to the national medical-legal debate, the effectiveness of and rationale behind damage caps, and the role of the trial lawyer in the crisis. Dr. Anderson provided a concise history of the crisis and a description of proven medical-legal reforms that serve as a model for state and national legislation. The interview also addressed thinking around plans to increase transparency in the health care system and current barriers to the progress of reforms in Congress.
